Channels

Signposts to the Microsoft Teams channels your organisation shares with us — each row opens in the Browser or the Desktop app, your choice, right from the line. The Portal only shows the way; whether you can enter a channel is decided by Teams itself, from the channel's own membership.

Documents

Your engagement files, read live from your team's Microsoft 365 site — the same files you see in Teams under Files. Browse folders, Download what you need, or take Open in SharePoint (top right) for the full experience: search, version history, co-editing.

The Portal shows your organisation's library and nobody else's; adding and organising files happens in Teams or SharePoint, where they live.

Releases

Release notes for the apps your organisation uses — what shipped, when, and what changed. When an issue of yours is fixed, its issue thread shows the release under Planned for, and that release's notes appear here.
