Not a product

This documents an internal test environment. See the overview for what POC Sandbox is and is not.

The sandbox repository has no versions of its own. What changes is the support platform that files into it, so that is what is recorded here — newest first.

A real app's page follows the same shape: a heading per version, a date, and the changes grouped as Added, Changed and Fixed. Anything a customer would have to do goes at the top of its entry, not buried in a list.

11 August 2026¶

Attachments on an issue: upload, list and download, served through the portal rather than by link
A staff view of every customer organisation, with its members and whether it has an administrator
Export of everything held about one organisation, spanning both issues and attachment files

Every page now renders on the shared bydynamics design system, so the portal and this documentation site look like the same product
The customer view opens on a searchable list rather than asking for an organisation identifier the reader has no way to know

10 August 2026¶

Staff access is now a role held by a named person, not a shared string. The audit trail records who acted, not merely that someone did
The identity store moved to durable shared storage with proper concurrency, so two instances can no longer overwrite each other's membership decisions

A front door for the staff surface, and the taxonomy that populates it

Issue bodies are written as plain text. They were being composed as markup and read as neither
A seeded organisation's administrators are named in the seed file rather than promoted by hand afterwards, which nobody remembered to do

An organisation waiting for approval is discoverable by staff, and its arrival is audited
